We get it — sometimes it just doesn’t hit the way you thought. No stress. We make returns easy.

💫 Here's the deal:

• We accept returns for store credit only.

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Store credit will be issued as a digital gift card once your return is processed.

❌ We can't accept returns on:

• Items marked final sale

• Bodysuits, swimwear, or intimates (for hygiene reasons)

• Items returned with visible wear, stains, or scent

📦 How to return:

1. Email us at support@shopmuvin.com. with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return.

2. We’ll reply with return instructions and a return shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a store credit code via email.

• We currently do not provide prepaid labels.

• You're responsible for return shipping costs.
